If the method doesn't work for you, contact us within 7 days of your purchase by replying to your order email or writing to chesarcard@gmail.com. Tell us what happened and we'll help you get results. If the issue can't be resolved, we'll refund your order in full to the original payment method within 5 business days.

After 7 days from the date of purchase, orders are no longer eligible for a refund.
